My approach to this treatment is to use a holistic modality that is beneficial for depression and anxiety, significant mental health stress, and/or chronic health issues.|
Motor Vehicle Accidents (ICBC Cases) BC residents who have been in a motor vehicle accident in British Columbia, with an open ICBC case (within 12 weeks) are preauthorized to receive 12 sessions of Registered Clinical Counselling (fully covered and billed directly to ICBC).
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a subconscious-mind therapy for improving overall mental health, activating behaviour change, and trauma-body symptoms.
Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy can significantly improve Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) to diminish symptoms for a greater quality of life.
Chronic Pain Clinical Hypnosis can significantly improve chronic pain symptoms, using direct analgesic suggestions for pain relief.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a mind-body therapy used to process the emotional distress resulting from trauma. EMDR is a safe and gentle therapy and involves doing eye movements and tapping on your own body.

Session rate is $130.00 CDN, payable by INTERAC e-transfer. Check your extended health insurance under mental health for Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) coverage.
